A high-growth UK fintech is looking to appoint a senior operations leader to help shape and scale its operational capability during an important phase of growth.
The role involves leading multiple operational teams, improving the consistency and effectiveness of day-to-day delivery, and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer outcomes, and cross-team alignment. You’ll also play a key role in preparing operations for new products, features, and changes across the business.
