The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to lead our client delivery function during a period of rapid scaling. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll architect and oversee our fulfillment engine, ensuring flawless execution while driving continuous improvement across all operational processes. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team that directly impacts our clients' revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership (30%)

  • Develop and execute our operational roadmap, aligning with company growth targets and client expectations
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing fulfillment team, establishing clear performance standards and development paths
  • Collaborate with the executive team to refine service offerings and identify operational efficiencies
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, process optimization, and technology integration


Process Excellence (25%)

  • Design, document, and implement scalable fulfillment processes across all outbound channels
  • Create standardized workflows that ensure consistency while allowing for client customization
  • Establish comprehensive quality control measures at every stage of campaign execution
  • Develop operational playbooks and training programs to enable rapid team scaling


Client Success (30%)

  • Serve as a strategic partner to key enterprise clients, consulting on outbound strategy and implementation
  • Lead client onboarding, campaign reviews, and QBRs for high-value accounts
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client campaign performance
  • Manage escalations with a focus on swift resolution and relationship strengthening


Performance Optimization (15%)

  • Establish comprehensive KPIs and reporting systems to track campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Implement data-driven refinements to maximize campaign outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless client experiences from acquisition through delivery


Your Profile

Experience & Expertise

  • 2-3+ years in operations leadership, with significant experience in B2B lead generation, RevOps, or agency with experience working mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record building and leading teams of 6+ in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success designing scalable processes for multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Experience implementing and optimizing martech stacks including data enrichment, email automation, and multi-channel orchestration tools
  • Strong background in client relationship management with mid-market and enterprise accounts


Technical Skills

  • Proficient with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or comparable enterprise sales enablement platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and project management software
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into tactical improvements to teams but also clients

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:  $80,000 USD - $100,000 USD (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $50,000 USD annually (tied to team performance, client retention, and campaign success)
