Someone who knows exactly what it takes to scale a modern DTC brand in 2026, and can make it run clean, fast, and profitable.

This is end-to-end operational ownership.
You are responsible for making sure:
- The right things get done
- By the right people
- At the right speed
- With zero chaos
Across all operational areas of the business.
You don’t just “support” the team, you enable them to perform at their highest level.
You will oversee and optimize operations across:
- Fulfilment & logistics
- Supply chain & stock planning
- Customer support systems
- Finance & cashflow processes (together with finance)
- Team structure, accountability & execution
- Tooling, dashboards, SOPs, automation
- Cross-team coordination between product, marketing, content & performance
You’ll see bottlenecks before they hurt us, and fix them before anyone panics.
You’re likely someone who:
- Has scaled or operated inside a fast-growing e-commerce brand
- Understands DTC margins, CAC, LTV, stock risk, cash cycles
- Is obsessed with clarity, ownership, and clean execution
- Knows when to systemize and when to move fast manually
- Is calm under pressure and decisive when things get messy
- Can speak to founders and operators without losing credibility
