Accountabilities
- Define and own the integrated growth strategy, balancing revenue targets, unit economics, and operational risks.
- Lead paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and content marketing efforts to maximize performance and brand impact.
- Oversee ecommerce P&L levers, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, conversion rates, AOV, and payback periods.
- Develop and maintain brand positioning, voice, and scientific credibility across all communications and touchpoints.
- Lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives with clear frameworks and success metrics.
- Manage and develop a lean marketing team, along with external agencies and partnerships, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Optimize website UX, SEO, conversion rates, and experimentation to drive consistent growth.
- 7–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 3+ years leading growth for a DTC or ecommerce brand.
- Demonstrated success scaling ecommerce brands from ~$8M toward $20M+ in annual revenue.
- Proven ownership of revenue and unit economics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, and payback period.
- Hands-on experience with at least two core growth engines (e.g., paid social + email/SMS, SEO + affiliates, paid search + CRO).
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with GA4, Shopify (or similar), attribution tools, and cohort analysis.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to accelerate testing, insights, creative iteration, and execution.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting instincts, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading small teams and managing agencies with clarity and accountability.
- Preferred: interest or background in movement science, foot health, balance/fall-risk reduction, rehabilitation, or performance training.
