With ambitious plans and strong leadership in place, the business is now looking to appoint a Head of Marketing to lead the next stage of its growth journey.
We are exclusively supporting this brand in the appointment of a Head of Marketing. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal global leadership role with full ownership of brand and marketing strategy across multiple markets and channels. The role combines strategic vision with hands on execution, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and commercial performance across both B2B and DTC environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the global marketing strategy across DTC, clinic, retail, and partner channels.
- Define and evolve brand positioning, narrative, and identity to build a distinctive, trusted, and scalable brand.
- Translate commercial objectives into integrated marketing plans that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Lead the execution of global campaigns, product launches, and go to market strategies.
- Scale key growth channels including paid media, search, CRM, influencer, PR, and partnerships.
- Build and optimise marketing performance frameworks, including analytics, reporting, and ROI tracking.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and strong returns.
- Develop and lead agency relationships across creative, media, PR, and strategy.
- Drive content, community, and retention strategies to increase engagement and lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams on retail activations, NPD, and trade marketing.
- Deliver clear, board level reporting on performance, insights, and future opportunities.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within skincare, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong track record of building and executing brand and marketing strategies across multiple markets.
- Experience within DTC and digital led businesses, with a clear understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition.
- Commercially driven, with the ability to link marketing strategy to revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience managing agency ecosystems and delivering through both internal and external resources.
- Deep understanding of content, storytelling, and community-building in modern beauty brands.
- Background in clinic, dermatological, or results-driven skincare is advantageous.
- Strong leadership capability, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
- Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
