We're looking for a metrics-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to join our B2B growth team and drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies. This job is fully remote. The right candidate will be able to collaborate closely with the team and work independently on increasing the sales of our enterprise funnel.

What the job is:

  • Create, deploy, and own Legal Karma's B2B marketing program that meets enterprise sales goals
  • Manage Ads and author lead magnets that build a predictable funnel of MQLs for the sales team with your paid content strategy
  • Track, measure, and optimize every aspect of marketing funnel performance, with relentless focus on conversion rates and ROI
  • Build dashboards that quantify the impact of each marketing intervention, with clear attribution models for every channel and touchpoint
  • Own conversion metrics for marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, and digital events, with weekly reporting on performance against targets
  • A/B test everything from subject lines to landing pages, implementing rapid improvement cycles based on statistical significance
  • Develop a data-backed strategy for marketing growth, with measurable targets and regular ROI analysis
  • Author and collaborate on marketing copy for social, landing pages, white papers, email drip campaigns, and webinars
  • Own and improve Legal Karma’s website and other ancillary branding
