A global technology manufacturer specialising in industrial X-ray systems and imaging software for non-destructive testing (NDT) is seeking an International Head of Sales to lead its global commercial activities.
You will:
- Lead and coach an international sales team (direct and dealer-led markets)
- Act as the strategic commercial bridge between HQ and global markets
- Travel with ASMs in the field to develop accounts and distributors
- Identify and onboard new global dealer partners
- Own sales budgeting and performance in a double-digit million revenue environment
- Shape go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, R&D and Applications
- Support continued expansion of advanced digital radiography systems and proprietary imaging software
Desired experience:
- Senior sales leadership experience in industrial radiology / NDT / X-ray imaging
- Proven experience managing dealer networks globally
- Experience leading remote international teams
- Strategic yet hands-on – comfortable co-travelling and closing business
- Imaging software sales exposure highly advantageous
- Level 2 NDT inspector qualification desirable
- Fluent English required; German highly beneficial
- Willing to travel internationally (40–50%)
