One of Germany's fastest-growing D2C brands is looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to take their creator programme to the next level.
The company is on a serious growth trajectory, expanding across Europe, and Influencer Marketing is a core part of how they win. They need someone who can lead from the front, coach a team of Influencer Managers and build the kind of systems and frameworks that make a programme repeatable and scalable.
π§π΅π² π₯πΌπΉπ²:
As the Head of Influcner Marketing, you will be tasked with building and owning the company's global Influencer marketing strategy with a focus on creator growth, performance and long-term partnerships.
You will be responsible for leading, scaling, coaching and developing a team of Influencer Managers. The team size will be between 5-10.
This is a purely Performance driven role and so driving KPI and budget targets with a clear eye on ROI and efficiency is essential.

- 5+ years of Influencer Marketing experience
- Strong D2C / Ecommerce background
- You must have a proven record of Performance-led growth
- Experience managing people / growing teams
- C1+ German speaking skills with fluent English
