Role Description
RxTechExam is seeking a leader who can translate health-system credibility into stronger employer partnerships, better cohort outcomes, and greater professional visibility. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise enablement, technician mentorship, thought leadership, and conference-based relationship building. The right candidate will help health-system and association partners succeed with RxTechExam while surfacing market insights that improve programming, messaging, and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own partner enablement for employer cohorts, including onboarding support, manager communications, mentor frameworks, and post-launch engagement plans.
- Design and lead recurring partner-facing programming such as webinars, office hours, supervisor roundtables, and professional-development sessions.
- Represent RxTechExam at conferences, association meetings, and partner events; build relationships with pharmacy leaders, technician leaders, educators, and workforce-development stakeholders.
- Develop enterprise-facing content including case studies, implementation guides, manager toolkits, webinar decks, and thought-leadership articles.
- Gather structured feedback from health-system and association partners and turn it into clear recommendations for product, curriculum, messaging, and go-to-market improvements.
- Partner with the Head of Ops & Student Success to ensure external commitments become repeatable internal workflows, communications, and measurement systems.
- Support expansion and renewal conversations by helping partners articulate goals, implementation needs, and outcome stories.
- Contribute strategic ideas around technician mentorship, leadership development, advanced technician roles, and employer-supported certification pathways.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician or equivalent direct experience in pharmacy workforce development.
- Membership and active participation in state and national pharmacy associations
- Background in hospital or health-system pharmacy operations.
- Experience leading webinars, presentations, training sessions, or conference speaking engagements.
- Track record of building cross-functional programs that improve adoption, engagement, or outcomes.
- Experience in sales, cold outreach, tracking engagement, and account management
- Familiarity with technician certification, employer-sponsored learning programs, and professional-association ecosystems.
Expected impact in the first 12 months
- Launch and run a steady cadence of webinars, roundtables, or office hours that increase manager participation and keep employer cohorts active.
- Improve seat activation, cohort momentum, and supervisor participation within named health-system accounts.
- Expand RxTechExam’s visibility through conference participation, association engagement, and high-quality professional content.
- Create the materials, insights, and relationship momentum needed to support renewals, referrals, or account expansion.
- Bring back actionable partner feedback that shapes programming, student-support ideas, or enterprise messaging.
Ideal candidate profile
- Experience working in pharmacy operations, health-system education, technician development, workforce enablement, or a closely related environment.
- Credibility with pharmacy leaders, technician leaders, educators, or professional organizations; comfortable representing the company in external forums.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate operational knowledge into persuasive partner-facing content.
- Strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to build trust with both frontline stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where strategy, execution, and iteration happen quickly.
Travel and Work Style
- Remote-first, employees are trusted to manage their own time and workload, provided that responsibilities are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Because we are a remote-first company, it is important that employees remain reachable during normal business hours 9a – 5p EST. Employees are expected to respond to messages, attend virtual meetings, and be available to the team during this window.
- Expected travel for conferences, partner visits, webinars, and selected in-person events.
- Comfortable switching between strategic relationship work and hands-on execution.
- Energized by building programs, not just attending meetings.
Salary Range
- $72-$85,000/yr
