About the Role
Coffydoor is one of Sweden’s fastest-growing DTC coffee subscription brands — now expanding into the UK with early traction and a clear path to scale across Europe.
We’re looking for a Head of Growth who can take full ownership of our acquisition engine and turn great creative into predictable revenue.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role where you will work directly with the founder, our creative strategist, and our production team to build, optimize and scale our funnels.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll work directly with the Founder and our Creative team to build a predictable, scalable acquisition machine for Sweden and the EU.
This means:
- Turning creative insights into performance
- Owning paid social + media buying
- Running a structured testing engine for ads, landing pages, funnels and offers
- Pushing AOV through upsells, bundles and post-purchase flows
- Improving subscriber onboarding and activation
- Ensuring attribution
- Translating data into weekly insights + next steps (together with Creative)
- Making sure everything we produce — content, landing pages, funnels — ties back to growth
In short: you’re the link between creative, funnel, analytics and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing (DTC/subscription = big plus).
- Proven experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of CRO and funnel mechanics.
- Familiar with no-code tools (Replo, Webflow, Shopify).
- Analytical, structured, and calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
