The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through successful customers.
The Head of Growth & Customer Success owns the full commercial lifecycle—from marketing strategy and initial sale, through implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion—while building the systems, insights, and discipline required to scale.
This role is ideal for a builder who is comfortable operating across customer success, sales, marketing, and product feedback in an early-stage environment.
You will work directly with the CEO and product team to define how OraQ grows.
Key Responsibilities
Growth, Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Lead and execute early-stage sales efforts focused on long-term customer success
- Engage directly in sales conversations while refining OraQ’s sales motion and messaging
- Enable and support distribution partners through training, positioning, and feedback
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base
- Own revenue outcomes tied to adoption, retention, and customer value realization
Implementation & Customer Success
- Be directly involved in onboarding and implementation to ensure strong adoption
- Work inside real dental practice workflows to identify friction and improvement opportunities
- Own customer success outcomes including usage, engagement, retention, and ROI
- Build scalable onboarding and success playbooks over time
- Establish feedback loops that turn customer experience into repeatable growth
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own growth-focused marketing strategy in collaboration with the CEO and external partners
- Translate customer insights into clear messaging and go-to-market narratives
- Oversee execution of core marketing initiatives, including digital content, brand presence, events, and tradeshows
- Ensure marketing efforts align with real customer workflows, objections, and success stories
- Track performance and continuously refine strategy based on conversion and engagement data
Sales Forecasting, Reporting & Financial Management
- Build and maintain sales forecasts appropriate for an early-stage SaaS business
- Track and report on pipeline health, adoption, retention, churn risk, and expansion
- Develop clear reporting and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into growth performance
- Own the growth and customer success budget, balancing investment with revenue goals
- Partner with the CEO on revenue planning, pricing feedback, and unit economics
Customer Insight, Product & Partnerships
- Act as the voice of the customer across the organization
- Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product insights
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering on roadmap priorities
- Support strategic relationships with distribution and technology partners
- Gather market intelligence to inform positioning and future expansion
Who You Are
- Experience in customer success, implementation, growth, operations, or commercial leadership within a SaaS or technology-enabled business
- Comfortable selling and influencing outcomes, even without a traditional sales background
- Strong communicator who builds trust with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Analytical and data-informed, able to connect metrics to real-world behavior
- Adaptable, curious, and energized by ambiguity
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and stay close to customers
- Healthcare or dental experience is an asset, but not required

What You Bring
- Graduate-level degree in a relevant field (MBA an asset)
- Proven experience in Customer Success and implementation
- An enthusiasm for sales and growth
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a big-picture view
- Willingness to travel up to 35–50% (majority local travel but some Western Canada travel as well as US travel will be needed)
- Remote role; preference for candidates based in Alberta (Calgary ideal)
