The Role

The Head of Global Sales will lead the sales strategy for our premium expedition cruise and luxury hospitality group, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves overseeing a dynamic sales team and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury travel sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market demand.

Team Structure: The Head of Global Sales will report directly to the executive leadership team and manage a team of regional sales managers and sales representatives.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution capabilities, with a proven track record in luxury sales.

  • Extensive experience in global sales management, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in luxury travel.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
