We’re seeking an experienced Global Operations Strategy Lead to drive the unified operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our worldwide IT systems. In this role, you’ll ensure stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all regions while leading a global technical team.

- 🛠️ Oversee unified global IT system operations and maintenance, ensuring high system availability and stability.
- 📘 Develop and implement global O&M strategies, processes, and standards to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- 🌎 Lead and coordinate a global O&M team, ensuring effective resource allocation and high-quality execution.
- 📈 Monitor worldwide IT system performance, proactively identifying and resolving system failures or performance issues.
- 🤝 Collaborate with regional teams and business units to understand needs and provide technical support, guidance, and training.
- 🔄 Plan and execute global IT system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

💡 Job Requirements
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 🌍 10+ years of experience in global IT system operations and maintenance, with strong familiarity across diverse technologies and tools.
- 👥 Proven leadership experience managing global teams and coordinating cross-regional resources.
- 🗣️ Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with multiple regions and departments.
- 🧩 Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to quickly diagnose and resolve global IT system issues.
- ⚙️ Solid technical background with hands-on experience optimizing, upgrading, and enhancing IT systems.
