🎯 Role Overview
This is a volunteer remote role for a Head of Fundraising & Sponsorship | Preventive Health Advocate. As Fundraising & Sponsorship Lead, you will take the strategic and operational lead in securing the financial sustainability of our initiatives. You’ll identify and engage potential sponsors, build relationships with charities and corporate partners, and help develop new models for corporate memberships and event sponsorship packages. Your work directly empowers our mission to make preventive health an essential part of modern wealth planning.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy aligned with our mission
- Identify and approach individual sponsors, corporate partners, donors, foundations, and health-aligned institutions
Sponsorship & Corporate Relations
- Build and manage relationships with corporate sponsors and partners
- Co-create sponsorship packages for events, education, publications and research
- Develop a recurring corporate membership model for long-term engagement
Collaboration & Storytelling
- Work with the team to align messages and values
- Help articulate our impact and value proposition to funders and partners
- Represent Health2Wealth in partner meetings and fundraising events
Grant Applications & Reporting
- Identify relevant public and private grant opportunities
- Prepare together with our experts and submit applications
- Support donor reporting and impact communication
✅ Your Profile
- Based in Switzerland
- Willing to work without salary to support a good cause and make impact; renumeration based on success.
- Experience in fundraising, business development, sponsorship, or b2b partnerships (non-profit or corporate)
- Experience with Major Donors and Philanthropy
- Strong Swiss network preferred
- Passion for preventive health and advocacy
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strategic thinker who enjoys taking initiative and building new systems
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluent in English and German. French is an asset
