Your Mission
- Lead the consolidation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) across all entities within the holding structure.
- Manage financial and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cypriot and international standards (IFRS).
- Manage and coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors in Cyprus.
- Drive the implementation and transition to a new accounting/reporting system, including automation and optimization of financial processes.
- Manage tax planning in alignment with corporate goals and local regulations.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to support business growth.
- Supervise and guide local finance teams across different entities to ensure consistency and high quality of financial data.
- Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role within fintech, payments, or high-transaction-volume industries
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus accounting, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in audit coordination, financial reporting systems, and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of revenue models based on payment flows, commissions, and transactional income.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to present financial insights to the Board.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
