This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Finance and Operations in United States.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of a fast-scaling SaaS organization, combining finance, operations, and business systems ownership. You will act as the operational backbone of the company, ensuring financial discipline, scalable processes, and reliable execution across core business functions. The role spans finance operations, contract management, HR/Ops, and cross-functional business partnering with executive leadership. You will help translate strategy into structured execution while maintaining strong financial controls and visibility. Our system identifies the top-fitting candidates, and this shortlist is then shared directly with the hiring company. The final decision and next steps (interviews, assessments) are managed by their internal team.
We appreciate your interest and wish you the best!
