We are looking for an Event Manager to help us raise awareness about how to live longer, healthier lives - and to ensure that people in Switzerland can grow older with financial security.
In Switzerland, people live an average of 84 years - yet only about 71 of those years in good health. We are living longer than our retirement planning anticipates, and more and more people struggle to afford their later years.
Our goals:
👉 Increase the average healthspan to at least 76 years, so people do not spend 13 years of their lives in chronic or serious illness.
👉 Support people in Switzerland to plan and invest in both health and wealth across their lifetime - empowering them to afford their later years.
To achieve this, we are building a movement supported by gender-specific, science-based awareness campaigns, education, communities, expert networks - and you.
🧭 About Health2Wealth
Health2Wealth is a Swiss non-profit association dedicated to increase the number of years people spend in good health (Healthspan).
With events, frameworks, guidelines and awareness campaigns, we highlight the importance of investing early in healthy lifestyle and life environment choices to reduce the risk of chronic and other severe diseases.
We bring together individuals, experts, and forward-thinking organizations to drive meaningful change in health awareness and education. Our initiatives include monthly online and in-person events, trusted expert content, and vibrant community engagement on social media.

We aim to scale rapidly with a senior, passionate team - leveraging technology and AI wherever possible - to grow our network and make a lasting impact on preventive health education.
Preventive health becomes truly effective only when it is gender-specific. This is why we are also launching a dedicated Women’s Health Awareness Series: events, education, and information.
Since launching in April 2025, Health2Wealth has built strong momentum through a growing series of community and ecosystem events. Sofar we have organised 16 events with in total more than 500 participants, offering the selected candidate the benefit of working within an experienced event organization with proven know-how, established processes, and a growing ecosystem network.
🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and organised Event Manager / Head of Events (volunteer) who likes to take ownership and plan and create events for a thriving community around preventive health in Switzerland. You will work closely with our marketing team and management and play a key role in shaping our event strategy and program.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organise, and execute regular events - including networking meetups, online events, and summits, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Identify, secure, and manage location partners to create meaningful and accessible event experiences.
• Coordinate with experts and speakers participating in events.
• Oversee the coordination of the Swiss Women’s Health Summit and other large-scale initiatives, including logistics, programming, and partner coordination.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end event execution, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and participant experience.
• Contribute creative ideas for outreach, partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Represent Health2Wealth as an ambassador, engaging new community members, partners, and event participants.
👤 Your Profile
• Experience organising online and in-person events end-to-end
• Fluent in English and German (French is an asset)
• Based in German-speaking Switzerland, ideally in the Zurich area
• Experience working with sponsors and partners, including identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and creating win-win collaborations
• Willing to volunteer without salary to support a meaningful cause
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Sales- and outreach-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a reliable team player
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Interest in healthy longevity, prevention, public health, healthcare innovation, or wellbeing
• Previous experience in health promotion is an advantage (not required)
• Excellent communication and networking skills
