NU Advisory Partners has been retained to lead the search for a Head of Enterprise Learning for a high-growth healthcare technology company. This leader will own the enterprise learning function end to end, partnering closely with senior leadership to build the capabilities the organization needs to scale. The role calls for a commercially minded learning executive with strong enterprise experience, executive presence, and the ability to translate workforce development into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Vision
- Develop and own the long-term enterprise learning strategy, connecting workforce capability planning to corporate priorities and organizational growth objectives
- Assess capability needs across the organization and build targeted development pathways that keep the business ahead of evolving requirements
- Set enterprise-wide standards for how learning is designed, governed, and delivered across all major functions and capability domains
Programs, Curriculum, and Delivery
- Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences at scale, from enterprise-wide programs to focused cohort sessions, grounded in adult learning principles
- Build and sustain a curriculum spanning leadership development, compliance training, digital skills, and AI enablement
- Ensure learning initiatives drive real-world behavior change and connect to performance outcomes across the organization
Technology and Infrastructure
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a modern learning technology stack, including learning experience platforms and digital delivery tools
- Champion AI-enabled approaches to personalize learning at scale and improve adoption across a growing workforce
- Build scalable learning infrastructure that supports a complex, multi-function organization
Leadership Development and Executive Coaching
- Lead the enterprise executive coaching function, including coach selection, governance, and ongoing impact measurement
- Collaborate with senior People leadership to shape coaching and development strategies that support talent pipeline growth and key leadership transitions
- Drive enterprise accountability for leadership development as a business-critical priority
Cross-Functional Partnership and Influence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on enterprise capability strategy, presenting learnings and ROI with clarity and credibility
- Build alignment across business units, functions, and regional teams without direct authority, ensuring enterprise learning standards are adopted and embedded in how the organization operates
- Establish governance structures, shared operating rhythms, and communities of practice to reduce duplication and accelerate best-practice sharing across the enterprise
Team Leadership and Operations
- Build and lead a high-performing L&D team with strong strategic and operational capabilities
- Manage a large enterprise learning budget across programs, platforms, vendor partnerships, and innovation initiatives
- Develop the organizational operating model and staffing structure to support the learning function's continued growth
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise learning, talent development, or organizational effectiveness
- Track record of designing and delivering organization-wide learning transformations in large, complex environments
- Ability to build senior buy-in and drive enterprise-wide adoption of learning priorities without direct organizational authority
- Experience designing and overseeing executive coaching programs at scale
- Strong executive presence, with the credibility to engage at the C-suite level and connect learning investment to business outcomes
- Strong command of modern learning technology, AI's impact on workforce development, and the dynamics of capability-building in fast-evolving organizations
- Experience overseeing large learning and development budgets, including vendor management and platform investments
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact facilitated learning experiences for large and senior audiences
- Experience with governance design and enterprise-wide operating frameworks
- Advanced degree preferred
- Background in a business-facing or commercial role (strategy, operations, or general management) is a plus
- Hybrid with regular presence at a U.S. office required
