About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Customer Service for an Industrial Plant, responsible for leading the customer service / customer operations function, acting as a key interface between customers, the commercial team, operations, and finance.
This is not an administrative role — it is a position with direct impact on business performance, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the economic performance of the function (profitability, cash flow, revenue quality)
- Oversee forecasting, inventory, and collections
- Manage project pipeline and increase customer value
- Lead operational customer relationships (claims, quality, service)
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales
- Lead a team across two industrial plants
- Foster a culture of excellence, proactivity, and customer focus
Profile
- Experience in customer service, customer operations, or inside sales within an industrial environment
- Strong business-oriented mindset (not administrative)
- Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders

Location
