About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Customer Service for an Industrial Plant, responsible for leading the customer service / customer operations function, acting as a key interface between customers, the commercial team, operations, and finance.

This is not an administrative role — it is a position with direct impact on business performance, profitability, and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the economic performance of the function (profitability, cash flow, revenue quality)
  • Oversee forecasting, inventory, and collections
  • Manage project pipeline and increase customer value
  • Lead operational customer relationships (claims, quality, service)
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales
  • Lead a team across two industrial plants
  • Foster a culture of excellence, proactivity, and customer focus


Profile

  • Experience in customer service, customer operations, or inside sales within an industrial environment
  • Strong business-oriented mindset (not administrative)
  • Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders
