We’ve spent years building a reputation with global giants—from high-growth start-ups to industry titans like Shell, BP, and EDP. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Contract Recruitment to take the reins in Austin. This isn't just another job; it’s a seat at the table in an office of heavy hitters who actually know what they’re doing.


The Role

  • Own the Market: Lead the full contract recruitment lifecycle across the broader Energy and Technology landscape. We are looking for a specialist to dominate the Oil & Gas, Technology, and Construction verticals.
  • BD-Heavy Leadership: This is a 360-degree, high-octane role. You’ll leverage our global brand and established MSA list to win and scale local US accounts.
  • Strategic Expansion: Join a mature, high-performing Austin or NYC squad. We’re looking for someone to set the pace and help drive our North American expansion.
  • Full-Desk Autonomy: Whether you’re a 360 specialist or a 180 BD/delivery expert, we give you the platform to bill big and build even bigger.


Location, Relocation & Flexibility

  • Austin/NYC-First: Our culture is built on the shared energy of our Austin and NYC offices. We are looking for a leader to be "in the trenches" with us to drive the division forward.
  • Relocation Support: We know the right talent isn't always sitting in our backyard. If you are an elite contract biller looking to make the move to Austin or NYC from elsewhere in the US, we are prepared to support your relocation to get you integrated into our team.
  • Remote Flexibility: We aren't a rigid corporate machine. We offer remote flexibility for the right person. If you are a proven, elite producer who can demonstrate consistent billing confirmations and top-tier output, we are happy to discuss a flexible/remote setup that trusts you to run your desk like a business.


Who You Are

  • Proven Producer: You have 6–10+ years in the game. You aren’t a "remote guru" who talks a big game but doesn't deliver. You have a verifiable track record in contract billing.
  • Salt of the Earth: We hire "misfits" who didn't fit into the rigid "bro-culture" of traditional firms. We want down-to-earth, reliable, and zero-ego professionals. No "cagey" behavior or "black box" desks.
  • Energy and/or Tech Expert: You know the difference between upstream and downstream, and you understand the specific labor demands of large-scale Energy Construction projects.


The Rewards

  • The Package: $95,000 – $130,000 base + an industry-leading commission structure.
  • The Money: Up to 40% commission, paid monthly, with a quarterly top-up. If you’re a top 1% biller, you’ll be paid like one.
  • Mature Culture: Our team averages 6–10 years of experience. We don’t do micro-management or meaningless KPIs. We prefer outdoorsy team activities and hitting the golf course over sitting in a dark bar to celebrate our wins.
