About the role:

As Head of Connectivity, you’ll be responsible for the connectivity partners that powers all of Telgea's plans around the world. The role is broad and includes partner management, project management, process improvement & operational excellence, and becoming an expert on Telgeas’ telecom stack. You will be a central player and be active across all steps of building and running connectivity at Telgea.


You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-to-market, as well as with Telgea’ most important partners and customers.


Your work will include:

  1. Connectivity Partnership Relationship Management: Serve as a relationship manager for existing telecom partners to solve product challenges, escalations and scope new features.
  2. Find new providers: Build a name in the industry and find new partners through the relationships you built.
  3. Negotiate partnerships: Make sure Telgea is the most competitive player in your markets. Run negotiations for new product partnerships, feature expansions or pricing improvements with existing partners. Participate in negotiating larger strategic connectivity partnerships for new market entry.
  4. Project Management: Manage complex company-wide initiatives, including adding new connectivity (fully end-to-end; from negotiation, technical integration, and going live with customers), or introducing a new product partnership at Telgea.
  5. Operations & Process Optimization: Ensure connectivity in your markets run smoothly; coordinate work across teams involved in making it happen. Pitch and deploy company-wide processes and tooling to streamline and automate cross-functional operations and recurring tasks.
  6. Market expert: Become the expert on how telecom works in the markets you oversee, and bring this knowledge back to Telgea (e.g. participate in customer and sales calls when needed).

About you:

  1. Partnership Expertise: You have demonstrated success in negotiating and running external partnerships - navigating complex processes and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels within large organizations, particularly in IT and Procurement.
  2. Adaptability and Curiosity: You are a fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments, eager to dive deep into new industries, especially telecom and connectivity solutions, to better serve our clients.
  3. Analytical Strength: You are comfortable building detailed business cases, modeling partnership economics, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions and evaluate opportunities.
  4. Relationship Builder: You excel at establishing and maintaining trust with clients, managing complex relationships, addressing concerns proactively, and becoming a valued advisor within large organizations.
  5. Collaborative Partner: You work effectively across departments to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities, build trust internally and externally, and drive meaningful results through collaboration and influence.
  6. Make things happen: You have a strong inner drive and you make things happen - even if the path forward is uncertain.

Remote work at Telgea:

At Telgea, we’re remote-first with strong in-person rituals. Most of the time, our team works independently from wherever they are in the world. But we believe the best ideas often come from time spent together, so we regularly meet in person to align, build, and have fun.


While we hire globally, many team members meet in our Stockholm workspace several times a week to collaborate and learn from each other.


Four times a year, we bring the whole company together in inspiring locations. These trips are a mix of strategy, team building, and time to connect outside of day-to-day work.
