We are a non-profit association based in Switzerland dedicated to building a community around preventive health and the understanding that true wealth begins with health. Through education, connection, and action, we advocate the importance of investing early in healthy personal lifestyle choices to reduce the risk for chronic diseases and to position health as the most valuable asset in personal wealth.
We bring together individuals, experts, and forward-thinking organizations to drive meaningful change in health awareness and education. Our initiatives include monthly online and physical events, publishing trusted health content from our experts, and fostering meaningful interactions through our social media channels. Soon, we will have a dedicated online community platform as well.
🎯 Role Overview
As the Community & Engagement Lead, you will be the heart of our outreach efforts. Your mission is to grow, engage, and empower our community, both online and offline. You’ll lead the planning, creation and execution of events, create insightful content together with our experts, shape our presence on social media, be the contact person for journalists and partner companies, and work collaboratively with the team to share knowledge and encourage participation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Community Building & Engagement
- Grow and nurture our community across digital platforms and in real life
- Facilitate conversations, gather feedback, and respond to community needs
- Develop partnerships with relevant local and international initiatives
Events & Outreach
- Organize and manage physical and virtual events (e.g. talks, workshops, meetups)
- Coordinate with speakers, venues, and volunteers
- Ensure all events align with our mission and values
Digital Communication & Content
- Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn) with a focus on preventive health topics and their connection to the planning and management of true wealth.
- Ensure our messaging is engaging, science-informed, and inclusive
- Monitor analytics and adapt strategy as needed
Strategy & Collaboration
- Take the lead in the continuous development of our communication and engagement strategy
- Collaborate with our experts and partners to create content and try out new events/education formats.
- Represent the association at public events or partner meetings when needed
✅ Your Profile
- Based in Switzerland
- Willing to work some time without salary to support a good cause
- Education and or experience in Healthcare
- Experience in Social Media Communications
- Community Engagement Experience and Community Development skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Program Management
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals and organizations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in health-related initiatives is a plus
