Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business partner management strategy execution in region, and life-cycle channel management.
  • Identify and qualify new BPs onboard and existing BPs contract renewal.
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions in the region.
  • Responsible for BPs relation management and drive Sales & Revenue.
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts as well as set short term & long term goals to improve BP Performance, Quality, Investment in UIH to build mutual confidence and strong result oriented relation.
  • Follow up and monitor BPs management & operation including but not limited to: BPs Qualification criteria, Commercial & Service Authorization process, Key Evaluation Index & Mechanism, BPs Incentive Plan, BPs Diligence & Profile, Roll out process, etc.
  • Set routine performance review with existing BPs to identify risk and conduct improvement action with regional teams.
  • Involve and follow up collaborative workflow with BM, CS, OP, OM, SCM, BMC & L&C to empower BPs in terms of: training, product & solution, promotion materials, branding & marketing activities, KOL connection & cultivation, after sales service capability in order to provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
  • Work closely with BPs, regional team & HQ corresponding depts. to ensure customer satisfaction, brand reputation and align common actions to achieve business goals. Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.

Requirements And Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in channel management or sales,
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders,
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies,
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners,
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills,
  • Time management and organizational skills,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change,
  • A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field.
