Key Responsibilities
Sales & Major Partnership Acquisition
- Source, pitch, and close high-impact partnerships with national fitness, wellness, healthcare, and corporate organizations.
- Develop and refine outbound strategies that target high-value opportunities and ideal partnership profiles.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from outreach through contract negotiation and onboarding handoff.
- Cultivate C-level relationships with new and existing partners to deepen engagement and increase lifetime value.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to key accounts — ensuring alignment on goals, maximizing activation, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent Dietitian Live at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings with executive-level presence.
- Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and scalable engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the Partner Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution.
- Provide market feedback and partner insights to influence GTM strategy and service innovation.
- Acquisition of national-level and large-scale partnerships
- Revenue generated through strategic partnerships and outbound sales
- Deal pipeline velocity, value, and close rate
- Relationship depth, expansion, and retention across top-tier accounts

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of securing and expanding relationships with major corporations and nationally recognized organizations
- Experience building deal flow and sourcing from scratch (true hunter mentality)
- Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and relationship intelligence
- Extensive experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or healthcare verticals required
- Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments
- Strong CRM hygiene and comfort using data to drive strategy and accountability
- Willingness to travel (~25%) for key meetings and events
