About the company:

We are an international group of companies providing payroll and temporary staffing solutions to clients in Lithuania and abroad.

We are currently looking for a Head of Business Development in the Netherlands, who will be responsible for driving sales development and growth in the Dutch market. We have been operating in this market for several years, have built a strong client portfolio, and earned a reputation as a reliable partner. The Netherlands is our largest and most strategically important market, and we are looking for someone who can further strengthen our position and continue expanding our sales operations.


About the role:

This is a senior-level sales and business development role focused on proactive sales, strategic thinking, and coordinating a team in an international environment. The position involves both developing the sales growth strategy and personally engaging in the most critical stages of the sales process.

Your primary focus will be high-value sales, including working with decision-makers, meetings, negotiations, and closing deals, while initial outreach to potential clients will be handled by a member of your team.

This role reports directly to the Group CEO.


Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquire new B2B clients in the Dutch market
  • Sell payroll and temporary staffing services
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with key decision-makers
  • Manage and lead the sales team
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Plan sales activities and set priorities in the Netherlands
  • Collaborate with internal group teams in Lithuania and with partners in the Netherlands
  • Build and maintain a network of sales agents
  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance to management


What we expect from you:

  • You are living in the Netherlands and have a strong understanding of the local market and business culture
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • At least 5 years of active B2B sales experience, selling financial services, insurance, payroll, or other regulated/complex services
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers
  • Ability to independently plan sales activities and deliver results
  • Experience in temporary staffing agencies and/or international organizations will be considered a strong advantage
