Amplify:Good is expanding into Spain — and we’re hiring our founding commercial lead to build and scale our presence in one of Europe’s most dynamic advertising markets.

We are an organic content powerhouse. We help mission-led brands, NGOs, and modern advertisers connect with real audiences through native creator content that feels real, spreads naturally, and inspires action.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead our market entry and define the Spanish GTM strategy
  • Drive the full sales cycle and secure our first anchor clients
  • Build relationships with top advertisers, agencies, and mission-driven partners
  • Shape the foundation of our future Spanish commercial team
  • Serve as our local expert for culture, creators, and category trends


What You Bring

  • 8+ years in advertising, media, or AdTech (Spain)
  • Strong network among Spanish medium/large advertisers
  • Understanding of creator ecosystems, UGC, and performance media
  • Operated on a senior manager level or above in an agency or service provider
  • Held a senior management or executive position within an agency or service provider.
  • Proven success in outcome-based or performance-driven sales
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and commercially sharp
  • Fluent in Spanish & English
