In this program, individuals will learn different Marketing roles within the QSR industry, with the potential to receive a promotion to a full-time position once his or her rotation is complete.

Key Responsibilities:
Work on high-impact projects tailored to the specific department you are assigned to during each cycle.
- Guerrilla Marketing: Execute local store marketing including flyering, participating in local events to drum up awareness, and partnering with local organizations such as schools.
- Experiential/Brand Marketing: Assist with new store openings and national experiential marketing campaigns; help plan and execute events.
- Digital & Content Marketing: Help plan and execute social media and influencer events; develop and manage our social media content calendar; create social media content (capture and edit photos and videos for all social platforms, especially Tik Tok); and travel to film/capture content for new store openings, promotions and influencer events.
- Data & Analytics: Provide a weekly summary, tracking, budget, and report of the week’s tasks; learn and understand the economics of each marketing channel.
18-month rotation will be heavy on travel for the first 12 months.
- First 6 weeks - Operations and Local Store Marketing (LSM) training. Heavy LSM with overall brand marketing.
- Month 1.5 - 9 - (7.5 months) - LSM guerrilla marketing (LOTS of TRAVEL!).
- Month 10 - 12 - (3 months) - LSM events, social media (helping with social media around events and training on photography & videos), and training to understand broad social/paid ads strategy (LOTS of TRAVEL!).
- Month 13 - 18 - (6 months) - Pure social media content creation and focus.
- Education: Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Soft Skills: High adaptability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills, detail-oriented, and excellent cross-functional communication.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok), Content Management Systems, and CRM platforms.
- Location: Home residence should be close to a corporate location, ideally: MA, OH, or PA (NY, CT, WI, or NC are also acceptable).
- Other Skills: Willingness to Travel!
