Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive measurement framework across the full growth funnel, from awareness to monetization.
- Analyze marketing performance across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand channels, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Build and manage dashboards and a single source of truth for cross-channel performance using BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Support marketing investment decisions through CAC, LTV, payback, and ROI analysis.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and design experiments to drive scalable growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams on A/B tests, incrementality studies, and data automation.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to influence strategic and operational decisions.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution modeling, experimentation, CAC, and LTV dynamics.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into financial and strategic insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Nice to have: experience in performance-driven organizations, subscription or consumer apps, marketing mix modeling, and optimizing channel portfolio allocation.
- Competitive salary range: $130,900 – $187,000 USD (US national) with higher ranges for high-cost locations.
