B2B Growth Marketeer – DAZZLE

About the company

DAZZLE is a fast-growing sustainability start-up connecting our clients in 19+ countries with our network of curated sustainability freelancers. Clients include Indeed, Le Creuset Group, Rituals and others across Europe and the US.


We’ve built strong inbound through content, webinars and founder-led growth. Now we’re doubling down on what works - with our new branding in place.



The role

  • Own and drive Dazzle’s marketing strategy
  • Focus on scaling and improving what already works
  • Work directly with the founder on growth priorities
  • Turn visibility into qualified leads and pipeline



Core responsibilities (this is the job)

Strategy & focus

  • Define our core strategy: what we double down on, what we stop, and where we test
  • Keep marketing focused and commercially driven



AI-driven content (with expert content input from our freelancer community)

  • Use AI tools (e.g. Claude) to scale content production and GEO
  • Work with Clay for data enrichment, outbound workflows and growth experimentation
  • Work directly with our freelancer community (subject-matter experts) to turn input into high-quality, scalable content



Webinars

  • Own and optimise the monthly webinar programme (200–300 sign-ups)
  • Improve conversion before and after each session


Newsletter (HubSpot)

  • Own the monthly newsletter and key email flows
  • Turn content into consistent, valuable touchpoints



Paid ads

  • Run and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Double down on what converts, cut what doesn’t



Founder personal brand

  • Help scale the founder’s LinkedIn as a key growth channel
  • Turn ideas and insights into sharp, consistent content



Nice-to-have / can be expanded later (not core)

  • PR (podcasts, interviews, media)
  • New channel experiments
  • Event support


Who we’re looking for

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing or growth
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion
  • Hands-on with paid ads (LinkedIn / Google)
  • Strong affinity with AI tools
  • Comfortable working with content + data
  • Takes clear ownership
  • Excited to work in start-up environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable working in remote setting

  • Competitive salary range between €4.000 - €6.000
