Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Manager. The Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to drive business growth, analysing performance metrics, managing projects, and collaborating with teams to optimise sales pipelines. The role will also involve developing and maintaining strong communication across departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience can be a substitute
Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies

Requirements
2+ years in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience running measurable growth experiments
Fluent English and ability to work remotely
Preferred
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or online platforms
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools
