Based out of Amsterdam, we are onboarding the next generation of creators by unlocking data monetization:

We are looking for Community Growth Managers to grow communities on Moments, drive authentic engagement, and pioneer the future revenue models of content creation.
If you can mix growth hacking, decentralized (social) finance, and ethical AI into a single plan of growth, we are looking for you!
Role Description
We are onboarding the next-gen content creators and community builders who are passionate about authentic digital connections in the new AI context. Whether users are casual creators or full-time pro's anyone should be able to start controlling and monetizing their data from day one.
As a growth manager, you will:
- Become an owner of a topic-themed community: Establish an archive on Moments with rules, standards, and best practices for your community’s content.
- Curate & Create: Populate your Moments archive with high-quality, topic-specific content to inspire other users to contribute similar content.
- Drive Monetization: Implement and optimize early revenue streams through ads, data licensing, and P2P incentives. Posting is free on Moments, but controlling monetization rights requires posts to be minted as an NFT on Cardano or the Midnight blockchain.
- Grow Your Audience: Use your expertise to build and engage a loyal community around your Moment.
- Teach technology: Help users understand best practices to keep data secure, use decentralized tools, and monetize content, content rules, and growing creator communities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or community management (e.g., Discord, X, Reddit, or similar platforms).
- Strategic mindset with a track record of executing community growth initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate high-impact KPIs and community milestones.
- Familiarity with data monetization, growth hacking, Crypto, SEO, GDPR, IP rights, or AI governance is a strong plus.
- Passion for innovative platforms and user-owned ecosystems.
