We’ve recently closed our €1 million seed round and are now looking for our first Growth Engineer.
Someone who wants to build and automate the engine behind our outbound commercial motion. You will work closely with the founders to design and run AI-driven growth systems, improve outbound performance, and help create scalable ways to generate qualified opportunities. This is an early-stage role for someone who loves ownership, experimentation, and building commercial automation from the ground up.

🚀 The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Engineer who wants to design, automate, and optimise our outbound engine using AI, data, ads, enrichment, and creative experimentation.
You will work on things like:
- Designing automated outbound workflows across email, LinkedIn, and enrichment tools
- Building multi-channel campaigns that combine ads, messaging, and smart sequencing
- Running experiments on messaging, timing, channels, and audience segmentation
- Setting up intent, scoring, and enrichment flows to improve lead quality
- Creating personalised outreach at scale using AI-driven prompts and workflows
- Running targeted pre-touch ads (LinkedIn/Google) to warm accounts before outreach
- Scraping, enriching, and structuring data to prioritise the highest-value accounts
- Automatically surfacing signals (news, hiring, product changes) for better timing
- Maintaining dashboards to track outbound performance and funnel health
- Working closely with the founders to align timing and handover
🛠️ What we think you'll need
- Experience in Growth Engineering, Revenue Operations, GTM Automation, Growth Hacking, or similar roles within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar
- Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, enrichment providers, and multi-step workflow logic
- Experience designing outbound systems that combine sequencing, enrichment, ads, and signal-based triggers
- Strong understanding of ICP modelling, segmentation, and prioritisation logic
- Experience using AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, structured outputs) to automate personalization or lead qualification
- A builder mindset: you test, measure, iterate, and improve continuously
- Comfort working directly with founders in a fast-moving early-stage environment

- Not a pure content or brand marketing role
- Not a performance marketing-only role focused solely on paid ads
- Not a traditional RevOps reporting or CRM admin position
- Not a manual outbound or cold-calling role
- Not a strategy-only role without hands-on system building
This is a technical growth role focused on building and optimising automated outbound infrastructure that merges ads, data, and sequencing into one scalable system.
