The Opportunity:
As a Growth Coach for Executives, you will play a pivotal role in guiding senior leaders to achieve their personal and professional best. You will work remotely with C-suite and VP-level clients, using proven methodologies to foster self-awareness, strategic thinking, and transformative change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct confidential, one-on-one virtual coaching sessions
- Assess client needs and co-create tailored growth plans
- Deliver actionable feedback and challenge clients constructively
- Track progress against goals and adjust approaches as necessary
- Support a diverse range of leaders across industries
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a closely related field
- Recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC) preferred
- Deep knowledge of leadership, organizational dynamics, and business growth
- Outstanding communication, empathy, and facilitation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA a plus
