We’re a profitable Nordic e-commerce company specialising in precious-metal recommerce — helping consumers unlock value from unused gold and jewellery through a fast, trusted, digital service. We’re now preparing to expand into Germany and are looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to drive that launch.
This is not a “make a strategy deck” role.
This is a run experiments, build funnels, tighten ops, and unlock market traction role.
What you’ll do
- Lead the German go-to-market end to end — positioning, messaging, sequencing, and channels.
- Run and scale performance marketing: Meta, Google, affiliate networks, comparison sites.
- Test and iterate across the funnel: ads, landing pages, onboarding, conversion flows, trust mechanisms.
- Localise and optimise the customer experience for German consumers selling gold and jewellery.
- Build and refine operational processes: intake logistics, verification flow, partner coordination, CX playbooks.
- Collaborate with Nordic operations to ensure Germany becomes a smooth, scalable, compliant operation.
- Own KPIs and adjust tactics with speed and precision.
Who you are
- A growth generalist with experience launching or scaling consumer businesses in Germany.
- Fluent in German (native or near-native).
- Strong understanding of German consumer trust, compliance, and online behaviour.
- Hands-on: you ship fast, test fast, and iterate relentlessly.
- You combine analytical rigour with sharp instincts for messaging and UX.
- Experience in recommerce, high-value logistics, luxury goods, fintech, or regulated consumer categories is a major plus.
