This role is about building awareness, generating demand, and contributing to pipeline. If tools like GPTs, Claude, Lovable, Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot are already part of how you work, you'll thrive in our environment.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role where you'll collaborate cross-functionally and ship often:


🪄 Campaign Execution & Optimization

 Launch, optimize, and iterate on campaigns across LinkedIn, email, landing pages, and retargeting—full-funnel, insight-driven, and audience-aware.


🧠 AI & Automation Workflows

 Build and maintain automation using GPTs, Claude, Lovable, Make, Zapier, and HubSpot—from lead scoring to lifecycle triggers.


🎯 Outbound GTM & Sales Collaboration

 Support outbound with Apollo, Clay, HeyReach, and others. Enrich contacts, build sequences, and align messaging with sales.


📣 Content Distribution & Amplification

 Repurpose reports, product updates, and insights into carousels, LPs, outbound snippets, and nurtures.


📅 Webinar Coordination & Promotion

 Organize and promote webinars to support awareness, education, and lead engagement.


🧵 Lifecycle & Nurture Flows

 Build re-engagement and nurture workflows based on funnel stage and behavior.


🧪 Growth Experimentation

 Run structured A/B tests across ads, emails, pages, and automations. Learn fast, ship faster.


🛠️ Process & Playbook Building

 Create repeatable systems and documentation to scale what works.


90-Day Impact Plan

Month 1 – Get familiar with our product, ICP, and stack. Audit what’s running, support outbound, and ship your first nurture or ad campaign.

Month 2 – Launch a webinar and multichannel campaign. Optimize email flows, run 1–2 experiments, and share early learnings.

Month 3 – Help us contribute to 15–20% of marketing sourced or influenced pipeline. Deliver scalable playbooks for what’s working.
