As a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist you will utilize best practice talent attraction strategies to engage top talent globally for Portwest in the DACH region. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle both nationally and internationally across a number of business functions in line with our company growth and expansion plans. You will also develop our employer brand strategy and implement it across our online platforms.
You will bring your expertise of the North Europe market specifically within the PPE and Workwear industry in order to advise hiring teams on where relevant talent exists and what is required to competitively hire and attract talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders both nationally and globally to understand their hiring needs and put in place an appropriate recruitment plan.
- Utilise a range of sourcing strategies including referrals, Linkedin Recruiter, local and international advertising platforms, and career fairs.
- Develop Portwest’s employer brand strategy incorporating industry best practice and ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure every candidate has a positive experience at all stages of their interview process with Portwest.
- Take a multi-channel approach to market mapping in order to find and engage with relevant pools of candidates for our immediate and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both hiring managers and candidates providing a positive recruitment experience
- Participate in projects and workstreams across TA and across HR to support continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and German
- 3+ years recruitment/talent acquisition experience specifically within the PPE/workwear or related industry
- Sales recruitment experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience recruiting across a range of functions (tech and non-tech)
- Excellent boolean and search skills
- Ability to find out of the box solutions for challenging hiring regions and roles
