About The Job

In this job you will be,

  • Leading a large team of IoT Account Manager and Key Account Managers distributed in different countries with responsibility to manage our existing customers.
  • Reaching and exceeding quarterly and yearly revenue and profitability targets.
  • Contribute to product and services evolution by sharing customer feedback.
  • Contributing to regional and global marketing strategy and execution.
  • Applying performance reviews and keeping a high performer team with harmony.
  • Leading joint activities with other group B2B functions to capitalize on the potential of existing customer base


Who are you?

To thrive and succeed in this role we believe that you have...

  • 15 years or more in Sales and Business Development roles preferably majority within IoT/Telecommunications industry
  • Managed an IoT Sales Team previously for at least 2 years
  • Strong leadership experience managing multicultural sales teams across geographies, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Proven track record of delivering and overachieving sales targets.
  • An extensive network in IoT industry
  • Strong pipeline management skills running a large team
  • Proficiency in Digital tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and organizational mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills that can enable you be part of a multinational and vibrant team.
  • Excellent communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports fluently in English. (Optionally any of Swedish, Spanish, French, German, Finnish or Italian languages is a plus)
