About The Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing creative team. This is a full-time, remote position offering a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, with an annual salary range of $70,000 to $75,000, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in UI design, branding identity, and illustration, with the flexibility to contribute across a variety of projects. You will be responsible for designing web and mobile interfaces, creating custom illustrations, developing logos and brand identities, and supporting video and animation projects. Your work will directly influence the visual representation of our digital properties, helping to shape how users perceive and interact with our brand. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your creativity, research skills, and technical expertise to produce innovative and impactful designs that resonate with our audience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in web and digital design
  • Portfolio showcasing innovative and creative design work
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • At least 1 year of experience with Figma or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles
  • Experience in brand creation, including logo and graphic development (2-3 years)
  • Proficiency in vector and raster image creation, with the ability to distinguish between the two
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently without supervision
  • Experience creating engaging infographics and visual content

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web and mobile UI/UX interfaces for in-house projects
  • Create custom illustrations, icons, and infographics that enhance visual storytelling
  • Develop and refine logo and brand identity elements to ensure consistency and impact
  • Support multimedia projects including video and animation with graphic elements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions
  • Participate in group discussions, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for design best practices
  • Write clear Jira tickets and ask clarifying questions to ensure project alignment
  • Research user behavior and industry trends to inform and improve design strategies
  • Work efficiently within tight deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards
  • Represent the Design Team across various projects and initiatives
