About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our visual identity across various platforms and media. Your primary responsibilities include designing and refining print catalogs, promotional materials, social media graphics, and product packaging. You will work closely with the management team to ensure all designs align with our brand standards and strategic objectives. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a relevant educational background, such as a degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design, communication design, or media arts. A minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design is required, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is essential. Candidates must be confident in producing print-ready materials and web-optimized images. A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling is vital, along with an understanding of production processes for both print and digital media. Excellent organizational skills, reliability, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Fluency in German is mandatory, and proficiency in English is advantageous. Additional skills in photography and video editing are considered a plus. Willingness to travel for industry trade shows and events is also expected.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and updating our biannual print catalog, including coordinating with our photo studio for visual content
- Creating various print marketing materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and advertisements following our established design guidelines
- Developing graphics, banners, social media posts, and mock-ups for our online platforms and website
- Designing and customizing product packaging, including labels, stickers, and wrapping bands
- Performing photo editing tasks such as background removal and color adjustments using Photoshop
- Supporting product development activities, including sourcing manufacturers, sample ordering, and communication in collaboration with management
- Representing the brand at trade fairs and industry events, assisting with setup and promotional activities
