Primary Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions to design and business challenges
- Perform market research to support marketing and branding initiatives, incorporating insights from marketing data to improve design solutions
- Contribute unique ideas and insights to elevate design work
- Assist with leading projects
- Help lead various marketing initiatives, like conferences and booths, webinars, and event planning
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative solutions that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives
- Play a role in defining the visual identity of the brand, aligning creative assets with strategic marketing objectives, and ensuring consistency across all channels
- Effectively communicate complex design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
- Develop experience in presenting to clients
- Keep status of tasks on the workload management site up to date and proactively update stakeholders on project progress and potential issues
- Actively participate and occasionally lead team discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to other team members while incorporating insights from feedback received to improve design solutions

- 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in print and digital design
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the various tools that we use in our marketing efforts (Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to learn Raftelis branding and design standards and the production process for proposals and other materials
- Capability with digital tools (web design, CMS, video, social media, and email marketing)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of InDesign, and knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring sufficient time for review and updates for your work
- Understanding of the role of design in enhancing brand perception and driving sales
- Strong sense of accountability for the success of design projects
