If you love creating visuals that make ideas clearer, stories stronger, and experiences more meaningful — you'll feel right at home here.

About Us

Nexus is a boutique strategic and creative consultancy that helps leading organizations bring their culture and purpose to life. Working at the intersection of strategy, story, and visual communication, we transform ideas into experiences that inspire people and strengthen culture. Our team translates human insight into clear narrative and thoughtful design across presentations, campaigns, digital experiences, and internal communications.

Joining Nexus means being part of a multidisciplinary team that cares deeply about craft, clarity, and impact. Our designers play a pivotal role in turning strategy into compelling, accessible, and beautifully executed materials. Here, you won't just make things look good — you'll help organizations tell their story, express their purpose, and connect people with what truly matters.

The Opportunity

We're looking for Graphic Designers / Production Artists (Contract, Remote) who blend creativity with precision — designers who know how to bring clarity, structure, and visual storytelling to complex ideas.

In this role, you'll create high-impact presentations, internal communication materials, and integrated visuals that elevate client messaging and bring organizational culture to life. You'll work closely with our strategy, writing, and production teams to translate concepts into design that feels modern, cohesive, and human.

What You'll Do

  • Develop compelling graphic design assets that turn strategy and story into clear, polished visual experiences.
  • Elevate and refine presentation decks for both client and internal use — ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual impact.
  • Create layouts, infographics, and campaign components across digital, social, PowerPoint, web, and print.
  • Work in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Participate in working sessions, check-ins, and collaborative touchpoints with Nexus team members and client stakeholders.
  • Bring a strong eye for detail, accessibility, hierarchy, and brand consistency across all deliverables.

What You Bring

  • 3–4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint (Office365) — especially strong presentation and layout skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining a high level of polish.
  • Experience working across integrated platforms: web, social, digital, PowerPoint, and print.
  • Skill in infographic development and dynamic presentation design.
  • A collaborative spirit — someone reliable, organized, and easy to work with.
  • Experience adapting English materials into multilingual formats is an asset.
  • A passion for design that supports clarity, storytelling, and purpose-driven work.

Why You'll Love Working With Nexus

  • Work on meaningful, purpose-driven projects that help organizations articulate who they are and inspire their people.
  • Collaborate with a team that values craft, creativity, and thoughtful problem-solving.
  • Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive environment that respects both quality and humanity.
  • Be part of a culture where design plays a critical role in shaping stories and elevating experiences.
