About The Role

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with packaging design, label creation, and technical production processes.
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems (CMS) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Design and adapt primary and secondary packaging, labels, and promotional materials in accordance with brand guidelines and retail standards.
- Create production-ready files and detailed layouts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to align design concepts with technical and production requirements.
- Develop visual concepts for trade show displays, signage, and promotional campaigns, including digital and print media.
- Conduct image research, perform photo editing, and utilize AI tools for generating visual content tailored to various communication channels.
- Assist in the continuous development and refinement of corporate branding and visual identity to target different customer segments.
- Support the sales team by creating engaging product presentations, corporate brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring content accuracy and visual consistency within the CMS framework.
- Contribute to the creation of social media content, including graphics, banners, and multimedia assets.
- Participate in special marketing projects such as photoshoots, video productions, and event organization to promote brand visibility.
