Location: Remote | Full-Time
Flux is seeking a talented graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven creative environment. This role is primarily focused on paid media creative—delivering high- and low-fidelity statics, GIFs, and carousel ads for platforms like Meta and Google.
While your main focus will be supporting the paid growth team, you’ll occasionally contribute to broader marketing needs, including email and organic social. You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce compelling, brand-aligned assets that drive results.
Primary Responsibilities- Design weekly statics, GIFs, and carousels for Meta, Google, and other ad platforms
- Execute both high-fi and low-fi creative that aligns with brand guidelines
- Occasionally concept static ad ideas
- Support occasional design needs for email, social, and brand marketing
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and motion graphics software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
