BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer 2 for an opportunity with our client.
Job Title: Graphic Designer 2
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Fully Remote
Candidate Requirements:
Responsibilities: ( This is very Jr Role requires 2-3 years experience)
• Design and develop presentation templates, slide layouts, and visual components for PowerPoint
• Create polished, on-brand designs that balance aesthetics, clarity, and functionality
• Support experimental projects through asset creation
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards
• Deliver high-volume design output with fast turnaround times while maintaining quality
Looking for resources:
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and composition
• Proven ability to design for presentations and multi-page formats
• Skilled in translating concepts into high-quality visual designs
• Ability to explore diverse visual styles, including crafting complex or unconventional design ideas
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving guidelines, pivot as projects change, and embrace continuous improvement
Must have strong PowerPoint design experience:
- Must have hands‑on experience designing actual content and templates in PowerPoint (not UX, product, motion, or web design) (will not be training this position on how to make PowerPoint templates, they should already be familiar)
- Must already be familiar with modern AI creativity tools
- Should be comfortable designing within app constraints
- Portfolio required
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in design or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 2–4 years of professional design experience (presentation or template creation strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• A portfolio demonstrating strong multi-page and PowerPoint design judgment, with a deep understanding of presentation layout, hierarchy, and quality
• Comfort with modern AI tools and platforms, including image generation prompts
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to design clear charts and tables
• Ability to take feedback in stride and iterate quickly to improve outcomes
• Comfort operating in experimental spaces and shaping emerging standards
Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:
1) Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
2) 2–4 years of professional design experience (presentation or template creation strongly preferred) [Extensive background or hands-on design skills in presentation design]
3) Comfort with modern AI tools and platforms, including image generation prompts (Must be up to date with the latest in design trends and ai) and has the ability to consistently produce templates.
