Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, card templates, and file organization
- Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, particularly in image retouching and color correction
- Experience working with shared asset libraries such as Canto, Dropbox, or similar tools
- Knowledge of generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, etc.
- Exceptional eye for typography, color accuracy, layout, and visual hierarchy
- High attention to detail and quality assurance
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with a highly organized work style
- Entry to mid-level design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Design and produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets using Figma, ensuring visual consistency across all product lines
- Create digital product listing assets for platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer channels that optimize conversion rates
- Retouch, color correct, and update product imagery in Photoshop, maintaining precise color accuracy and consistency
- Organize and maintain all design files and assets within digital asset management systems, ensuring proper version control and accessibility
- Stay informed about emerging design tools, trends, and technologies, with a focus on integrating AI into the creative workflow
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs clearly with team members and stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and brand compliance of all creative assets produced
