Key Responsibilities

Online / Digital Responsibilities

Design social media graphics (static and animated) for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter)

Create web banners, hero images, and display ads in standard IAB sizes

Design landing page graphics and UI elements that align with brand guidelines

Produce email newsletter headers, promotional graphics, and modular template components

Develop digital presentation decks and infographics

Optimize and export assets for web (proper resolution, file size, formats)

Offline / Print Responsibilities

Design brochures, flyers, sell sheets, and one-pagers

Develop print advertisements for magazines, newspapers, or direct mail

Prepare press-ready files with correct bleeds, color profiles (CMYK), and resolution

Who You Are (Required Skills & Experience)

3 5 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Solid understanding of brand systems and ability to work within established guidelines

Excellent typography, layout, and color theory fundamentals

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

Clear communicator who asks smart questions and accepts feedback gracefully

Reliable, responsive, and professional in a remote work environment

Experience with Figma or Sketch for web/UI design

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie) for simple animations

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or landing page collaboration

Experience designing within email platforms (Pardot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)

Understanding of accessibility standards in digital design

Previous agency or in-house marketing team experience

Deliverables & Quality Expectations

All files delivered in organized, clearly labeled folders

Source files (AI, PSD, INDD, Figma) plus exported finals (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG as applicable)

Print files: CMYK, 300 DPI minimum, outlined fonts, correct bleed/trim marks

Digital files: RGB, optimized file sizes, proper dimensions per platform specs

Maximum two rounds of revisions included per project (scope permitting)

Work must be original or properly licensed; no stock image licensing issues (can provide Getty image license)
