Description:
The Graphic Designer will join the Marketing Design & Operations team, supporting both high-concept creative development and high-volume production needs. You will translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual designs that align with brand standards and resonate with our global community. With a strong foundation in design principles, tools, and creative problem-solving, you will contribute across the full spectrum of design work, from ideation through final production.
Reporting to the Design Manager, the Graphic Designer (Contractor) is responsible for developing high-quality visual assets from concept through completion, while also supporting large-scale production needs. This role requires the ability to seamlessly shift between complex, conceptual design challenges and executional tasks that demand speed, precision, and consistency. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. You demonstrate a strong understanding of design systems, user-centered thinking, and modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma and can apply them effectively across both high-impact creative and repeatable production work.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Develop high-concept creative solutions, translating strategic objectives into compelling visual design.
- Execute high-volume production work across digital and print channels with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- Flex between conceptual design and executional tasks, supporting both complex creative challenges and repeatable production needs.
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities.
- Prepare and organize final design files for handoff across digital platforms, production, or print, ensuring accuracy.
- Apply strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy) across all work, from concept through execution.
What You Will Bring:
- 3–5+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showing both conceptual and high-volume production work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and experience preparing production-ready assets.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation, maintaining high personal standards and delivering quality results with minimal supervision.
- Comfort working remotely with autonomy and accountability.
