Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with an active Secret clearance to support mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will design visually compelling materials for digital and print platforms while ensuring compliance with government standards and branding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce graphics for presentations, reports, websites, and marketing materials
- Create visual concepts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into design solutions
- Ensure all deliverables meet branding, accessibility, and compliance standards
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment
- Edit and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting federal/government projects
- Knowledge of Section 508 compliance (accessibility standards)
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
