About The Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join the BTI Studio design team, where you will play a vital role in shaping the visual communication of insightful, data-driven content. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, data visualizations, layouts, and illustrations that effectively communicate complex information and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and fellow designers to produce high-quality, impactful visual content that aligns with brand standards and enhances the overall client experience. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a closely related discipline
- 1-3 years of post-college experience in a graphic design role (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design skills
- Experience creating visually appealing layouts, infographics, and data visualizations
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in visual and digital storytelling, user-centered design, and interpreting complex data into visual formats
- Produce high-quality, client-ready graphics, data visualizations, and layouts for projects of varying complexity
- Apply Gartner brand and visual design principles consistently across all content
- Create intuitive and visually appealing visuals with minimal supervision, increasing complexity over time
- Collaborate consultatively with internal stakeholders and peers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Clearly communicate design rationale and ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic goals
- Seek and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design outputs continually
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines
- Utilize project management tools such as CPP and ClickUp to track progress and communicate expectations
- Proactively update managers on project status and escalate issues or scope changes as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned, supporting team objectives and project success
